The Saint Paul Mudsteppers play country blues inspired by the recorded works of the early 1900’s in the Deep South. Their main source of inspiration is from the great band, Mississippi Sheiks, but the Mudsteppers do not try to be a carbon copy. The band tries to present this old music in a new and energetic way.

CANNON VALLEY
REGIONAL ORCHESTRA

The Cannon Valley Regional Orchestra (CVRO) was founded in 1979 by conductor Paul Niemisto as a program of the Northfield Arts Guild. CVRO is a diverse group of volunteer musicians performing symphonic music, drawn together by the love of rehearsing and performing this fine repertoire. CVRO was founded to help create and promote orchestral music culture in the Cannon Valley communities of Southeast Minnesota.
